Are you speaking about theme effects of Symbian?
I don't know how to change transitions separately from styles-icons-theme. You can install N9 MeeGo Harmattan Theme Pack "Faster Darker Better", for a beginning. Just, be sure to read the long first post, several times. Use Install Method 2: DEBs (SAFE METHOD), if possible. Don't forget to install Theme Settings application, before installing the file.deb.
