Do you get the public key printed on screen?
If not, it may be a connectivity issue, as the 'gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found' error happens when apt-get key didn't get anything to process.
I'm a dumb idiot and make error with syntax. Thank you with half command I can see it clearly. So it's ok for now.
