as the rumor clearly states, this would be an Android device / App
thus Sony is likely to provide an Apps to drive that, for Android, obviously
most likely, the specs of the device would remain "trade secret" and the driver proprietary anyway (do i need say more???)
so unless Jolla goes Android...

EDIT: as a matter of fact, Sony is more likely (if the whole thing ever passes rumour state... ) to provide a WP driver
thus NOKIA would benefit from it more or less free of charge
