Hmm. There's been a suggestion that flashing kernel only with CSSU-Thumb may not work. Sorry about that. I know it worked for me at least once but if it does not work for you, then a full reflash may be your only chance. You have the backups so restoring your data - after the reflash and reinstalling all your apps - should not be an insurmountable task.
