To resolve this issue

try this

cd /var/cache/apt/archives

dpkg --force-all -i libgsf-1*.deb
dpkg --force-all -i librsvg2-2*.deb
dpkg --force-all -i kofficemeego*.deb
dpkg --force-all -i koffice-kchart*.deb
dpkg --force-all -i freoffice*.deb

When you type each command it will be given a message Like it's based on Another file . After all command typ

apt-get -f install

And Give me the result
