Yes, it affect the N9QT.. If you still want to use bash as default, leave it in /etc/profile. And when you open N9QT, just write: exit, then press enter. It will exit from bash and open N9QT.
If you don't want it in this way, just remove this line from /etc/profile and when you need it, open terminal and write /bin/bash, then press enter...
