Oooo... I still not tested (now I know not to do this ) But I tested something else...
Coderus, after adding this line, if you will run this command: apt-get autoremove it still show you the long list with system packages and ask you [Y/n]. Probably apps manager still can activate it...
It's something like 557 system packages we need to change something else in the: /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/01autoremove
