so finally i am here ! Read the whole thread and i know how i damaged the autofocus by deassembling it i can confirm your assumptions on post no 30 now time to deassemble the second mould and try removing the ir filter i didnt thought af was so dedicate as i did replaced many modules normally in phones like 3110 7610 5130 etc. It was just plug and play !
