Field from ("Von" in german translation) is simply not functional. If I click it, it will just open a Dialog with title but without possibility to choose something.

If I submits I get a notice saying
"Interner Fehler. Programm 'Einstellungen' geschlossen." (internal error. program "settings" closed).
