A port of bochs or qemu would be the best bet. A nice demo (like the PSP one), but it's almost certainly going to be entirely useless due to its speed.

VNC or rdesktop to a remote box can give you the feel (and will be faster), but doesn't really "count" for running Windows or whatever due to its reliance on a network connection.
