Hi, unfortunately application manager on OS2007 can´t deal with conflicting packages. You must uninstall downloadmanager0-server and libdownloadmanager0 manually via xterm (as root) wuth:

# apt-get remove downloadmanager0-server libdownloadmanager0

You can also remove these packages using red pill mode in application manager.

After removing, you should be able to install Canola2 without problems.
