Well i would think, that this is a bogus error message, because apt-get is totally confused with your package management.
I would suggest to disable CSSU, CSSU-testing and CSSU-thumb repositories all together then try to update the phone from the application manager to have a clean mp-fremantle-generic-pr. Later restart installing CSSU from the install file.
