Do you think Microsoft will be able to compete effectively within all the architectual limitations that have held back Windows Phone as it has for all these years already? (ie. it's limited to Qualcom processors, limited to certain specifications, etc.). Do you think maybe they'll start to break out of those limitations now that they also run a hardware division now? I mean.. they already had a hardware division before with the Danger Inc. aquisition and they fumbled that completed and miserably--will they do that again this time around or do you think they've learned from that experience, based on what you've seen lately?
