I uploaded a new navit package to bokomoko.de. It is based on the latest svn revision 5633. Concluding from the svn log, many fixes went in, e.g. "Correctly use house number index if present", but few new features, most notable maybe "configurable penalty to turn around" (but I have not used that or even tried out how to configure that).
