Dear Mr. Jan S., I received your response stating I'm not eligible for refund and I find my order: a) faulty c) affected by technical problems - I bought application that was removed from store - same application is later added to store but under different number faulty: http://store.ovi.com/content/357611 faulty: http://store.ovi.com/content/366068 current: http://store.ovi.com/content/363791 Please refund or enable downloading version 363791 that is currently in store. I have no idea what went wrong but to my knowledge store has/had 3 versions of same application and users who were early adopters cannot download current version due Nokia's removal. I found your suggestion that I should complain to developer very unprofessional - please clean your mess (3 versions of same application). Wish you best and eagerly waiting for your response, ****
