Refund? Guess not - that's reply I got when asked for refund (first mail was for faulty download and after a month I wrote second one and asked for refund):

Hi Mr. ***,


Thank you for contacting Nokia Careline.

You have stated in your email that you want a refund for the application that was purchased from the Nokia Store that was remove. In accordance to this matter, we would like to inform you that Nokia Store only acts a marketplace for applications. Its availability on the Store including on when it will be removed depends on the discretion of it own publisher/developer. We recommend that you try to contact them to obtain accurate support with regard on their application.

Moreover, please understand that we only process refund for the following criteria:

(a.) the Content you have ordered is faulty
(b.) the Content Nokia delivers to you does not match the description of the Content you ordered via the Service;
(c.) technical problems delayed or prevented delivery of your Content or accidental multiple orders caused by such technical problems, your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to such Content will be either replacement of such Content, or refund of the price paid for such Content, as determined solely by Nokia. Otherwise, no refunds are available.

My reply:

Dear Mr. Jan S.,

I received your response stating I'm not eligible for refund and I find my order:

a) faulty
c) affected by technical problems

- I bought application that was removed from store
- same application is later added to store but under different number

Please refund or enable downloading version 363791 that is currently in store. I have no idea what went wrong but to my knowledge store has/had 3 versions of same application and users who were early adopters cannot download current version due Nokia's removal.

I found your suggestion that I should complain to developer very unprofessional - please clean your mess (3 versions of same application).
