WP8 isn't that bad, tiles and all, and animations are oh-so-smooth But yes, having MeeGo and switching to WP7 was an odd decision.

MeeGo somehow got abandoned by Intel too (Tizen with HTML5 apps is ridiculous, and will be like that for a few more years at least). Was there a conspiracy?
