Well, after 6 weeks I eventually got the 770 back with a new screen. In putting it back together they put the home/esc buttons out of alignment, which looks ugly but I just can't face returning it again. I suppose I could fix that myself if I opened the case, but maybe it's risky - has anyone done this?
