Where is that file located?

Here is code that should work if you have N9Qtweak and took backup with it.

cp /home/user/MyDocs/.N9QTweakBackup/usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/libmeegotouchhome/style/libmeegotouchviews-modified-default.css /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/libmeegotouchhome/style/
