It actually doesn't matter if you don't have extras-testing. The Maemo process of promoting packages to the extras repository is like this:

extras-devel -> extras-testing -> extras

If you have extras-devel activated you will always receive new updates first, but they might be not stable.

The application will be tested heavily while it is in the extras-devel and/or extras-testing repositories.

Once the application reaches the extras repository is considered stable and safe to use.

A more precise answer of your question is in this link where you can see which version is alive in each repository. Right now 1.0.38 is everywhere, but when 1.1.39 reaches extras-devel you'll see the difference between the three repositories.
