As for the issue, i had to reflash following serious troubles

This time, i simply flashed and then, installed CSSU. There is a power kernel included (2.6.28.10-cssu3).
It is not kp52 (it is 51r1). But will eventually be updated.

So, if kp51r1 is enough for you, do this.

If you absolutely need kp52, flash/install cssu/install kp (from HAM). This should do fine. If not, i really do not know what's goind on. Maybe you do not have the proper repo enabled/disabled.

Do not make any restore before you flashed/CSSUed your phone.
