Multitasking, scripting, sideloading, no direct link to NSA, USB MS, bluetooth file transfer(?), microSDHC, large user replaceable battery, cost, style, ...

But Mr iPhone is not a rational being so it doesn't matter how many ways the Jolla is superior Mr iPhone will refuse point blank to see it.
