Status-Menu-Extentions not need Coderus hack. This app should be installed as regular app.
Probably you played with T-3 or T-1 and not removed it before installation of Status-Menu-Extentions.
Also you can try to restore "Transfers" manually, run as ROOT:

mv /usr/share/meegotouch/applicationextensions/statusindicatormenu-transfer.disabled /usr/share/meegotouch/applicationextensions/statusindicatormenu-transfer.desktop
or check if you have this file:
