Yeah I did ages ago too, & their response to me was similarly vague...
I hadn't posted it yet as I'm still waiting for them to answer 2 final/simple Qns.
Once they address them I'll post the transcript, but don't expect much >.>

Hope it will not be long now, to have some time figuring out what can and cannot be done about this.
Supported I2C revision/frequency is another thing that is still to be unveilled (400kbps sure, probably 1Mbps, maybe the latest uni-directional 5Mbps ...)

This, they really don't seem to get it, if we don't have MUCH MORE info. soon.
Then the community won't be doing much of the legwork for them until well into 2014 (if ever).
Maybe they've shared much more with hw partners, that's our only possible consolation.
