Although they said their GPU drivers will be the Android ones through libhybris.
I also wonder what kind of driver support the other Snapdragon chips subsystems (video acceleration, wlan/bluetooth etc.) have? Do they need to be run through libhybris aswell or is there real Linux drivers for them either?

I think there was some kind of specific additions for libhybris to support android GPS system/drivers.

[edit] Just asked this on IRC, and according to Stskeeps (Carsten Munk) all the Snapdragon drivers will be through libhybris.
Not really suprising considering the driver support from Qualcomm.

13:44 < DeeGee> Btw, is there any snapdragon drivers on linux (except for freedreno)? Or will all the drivers be through libhybris?
13:44 < Stskeeps> libhybris - long story short, there's more to life than code
13:46 < Stskeeps> if you're in need of support and bugfixes, or fancy things like patent licensing or trademark usage..
13:46 < Stskeeps> then it's good to use the drivers provided by your vendor
