i usually charge my phone when its on, and when the battery is full it doesn't charge anymore even if i used 3G over 2hrs,played nova,watched a movie the battery will be still full even if i restart the phone without the charger,

i have also noticed that when the phone is charging while am using it the charger is extremely hot than when am not playing with the phone while on charge and i also remember having a fried charger when i was surfing the internet and charging the same phone that i had to buy this one am having 1amp. QUESTION: where is the technic? is it safe or my battery is dieing softly?
