Yep, seems so

Furthermore my little gem started to give me the 'all telephony disabled' thing

and this came up after changing SIM and two unsuccessful boot tries.

Anyone knows a fox without reflash?
Right now I use it as second device, so I do not know about further issues (maybe reflash and restore backup is best?).
