I don't think that would affect Jolla - if anything, Nokia is able to use certain things of Microsoft for free and they would get automatically licensed to Jolla.

All this is cool, I like Nokia Maps/Here/however you want to call it these days. In the meantime OSM gets better and better and we'll get a nice replacement over time.
