I am in two minds on removing it completely due to it causing confusion, or re-naming it to something like "Disable FlopSwap"

It's only function is to remove FlopSwap's upstart script and starting on swap uSD for new upstart versions. Different versions of upstart will react differently to it being disabled.

I was using it for diagnoses/isolation purposes, with a few people having a bit of trouble. It could be handy for some to disable FlopSwap on the next boot.
Ideally I'd like to make sure no other users are having any trouble before I decide and do a new build.
