of course they need your order number to verify your order if you want to change it.

Order ID plus date could be priority number but NOT for jolla since they explicitly said. That they will inform you about your priority number after preorder period in receipt and so they must use another number for that. I'm still waiting for my number or info about this. It's up to jolla to inform us about this since they wrote that on receipt.

If I was Olla I would explain how these 450 was selected and then explain how the order/ priority will work. I fear that people got selected on other things than order date(and prior for the first days of campaign) I don't like the smell of it.

As a business, even a small business must remember and act accordingly to the info they give to customers. Especially when it's Written in official document like receipt.

Please if anyone of you jolla employees read this. Can you explain when we get the priority number. If you are not authorized to please inform correct person so he she can explain or send it to us. Thank you.
