Probably, at least if both Jolla and DNA are correct:
Jolla FAQ says that "All pre-order customers are being prioritized before everyone else, including all our international customers."
and DNA´s statement: "Jolla phones will be available to others at DNA Kauppa outlets in early December." I would hope that a week, maybe two would be enough to get the phones shipped to pre-orderers.
