Or else cancel so I bump up one step on the queue ladder.

They fact that you cant cancel telling me there will be a another queue and you don't get your queue number until you complete the full payment.that's way I don't think 100 40 or O matter since we will all be notified and then you have to Hurry to complete ramaining payment to get queue number after complete payment. They can't just start shipping devices now since no one paid the full device.
