No, it isn't. I have two entries. One for the €0-option i registered before Austria became one of the markets they'd ship to, another one for €100,- which I placed as soon as I read they'd ship to all EU countries.

The €0-entry looks like this:

Pre-Book
Order queue number
Price 0,00 €
VAT (24.0%) 0,00 €
Total 0,00 €

Note that it has a line labeled order queue, but it's empty.

The €100-entry is:

T-Shirt Extra-Large
Price 80,65 €
VAT (24.0%) 19,35 €
Total 100,00 €

There's not even a line for a order queue number to be filled in later.
