I posted the source article that this article draws from yonks ago...
It's quite possible that the source article was very misleading, still waiting to get some clarification from Jolla.

The irony that an "open" device like the N9 has issues w/ drivers that aren't open is not lost on me.
It's not like why all that ended-up happening hasn't been carefully explained in great detail many times before.
