Maybe a simple to use app, that users can use to report problems? With an integrated screenshot function maybe?
That's actually not a bad idea. An app would be great, meaning anyone could submit any bugs or issues they have found. If all the caught exceptions could be put into log the app could upload that log back to Jolla.

I think Nokia does this for windows phone under settings you can send feedback.

BUT I defo vote for an app or built in Jolla feature to send feedback and bug reports back to Jolla.
