Just to share some info that I received.

Basically, I dropped Jolla care an email mentioning that I was looking to purchase (wouldn't mind some for free of course ) some TOH for laser etching/engraving/cutting purposes - I'd obviously hate to mess up one of my own especially if I can't walk out to a shop and buy a new one (not being in a supported country isn't helping). Shortly after, I added on to my ticket that I was also interested in additional batteries (I usually have at LEAST one spare battery for all my phones that have removable batteries).

I'm in a completely unsupported country, and my Jolla will be sent to my sister in the UK before I get it couriered to me (for an arm and a leg) from there. Obviously, being able to buy everything (extra TOH/battery) at one go would be ideal to save a little - DHL/Fedex aren't exactly McDonalds.

I'm a little disappointed that these "spare-parts" aren't available for purchase off the bat.
