My suggestions:

Text Editing : the bouble is not readable!!! bad contrast between Blue and Black, i suggest u to make it Dark Gray the bouble and White the Text maybe bold
like in the image

further more i wold suggest you to make ToolButtons have a Blue border like in the image

3G etc Icon is totaly unreadable

Furthermore i found a solution for the red borders, when i installed HomeScreensettings they disapeared ? :O

but the icon text got black -.-
