Not sure, if the devices linked by you are supporte under Linux.

But there is some limited USB -> VGA support for Linux. At least for certain chipsets. I was considering setting up somthing like this for a Linux machine a while ago (not a Nokia IT) but quickly gave up on the topic.

Even if you get this compiled and configured for the N8x0, then a completely different question is, whether the CPU or USB port of the N8x0 can keep up with this.
