There isn't "built-in" options, except bluetooth sync for some data. You can select Email, Calendar and Microsoft Exchange apps for installation from the welcome wizard if you want syncing. Email supports IMAP/SMTP. If you want other syncing you need to install Microsoft Exchange app.

Hopefully Jolla will release support for CalDav and CardDav in the future.

There is rsync 3.1.0+git1 on the command line.
