both the n95-3 and the n98 8g us are 3g but only work on at&t. I also like the black and they have made the screen a little larger but I have heard that the built in 8g is slower than having an micro SD card. I really like having the n95 and is absolutely the best phone I have ever owned. (I have owned a lot of phones) Also, the n95-3 and the 8g have more memory for running apps than the other nokia phones and that's a big plus. I used to run out of mem all the time on my e62.
