The N95-3 can be had from TigerDirect for ~$500, and is what I'm currently using on AT&T with my N810. It's a fantastic duo, you won't regret it. However, unfortunately there is no 3G for the Euro continent. If you're really wanting that, there are some Windows Mobile devices from HTC that have tri-band 3G, which will support AT&T here in the U.S. AND 3G in the U.S.

I wouldn't count on T-Mobile's 3G network anytime soon, to be honest.
