Such details may be asking too much of them. I'm sure it has been chaotic for them.

I think a broader communications improvement/added openness would have helped just as well and been more realistic. For example, tipping the order reference by Jolla on Twitter, updating rough order processing progress on Twitter etc.

I surely can forgive them for missing a tracking number email. I just wish they had been more active in other communication ways. I am sorry they have not.

Now, onto waiting for the rest of the people still in Paid!
