Remove your existing Jolla account.
Create your Jolla account again.
Try add the following section in your /etc/ssu/ssu.ini:

username={your jolla username}
```
Run this:

ssu ur
```
Launch the Store again. Try to install apps like Maps, screenshot etc., it will take awhile to load but it should work.
