Hi thedead1440, I am a newbie n I have same problem with my N9.
after I flash my phone its can boot up for normal, but when I restart my phone, its is always reboot and stuck on nokia logo,
so I enable rd-mode with
flasher --enable-rd-mode --set-rd-flags=no-lifeguard-reset
after use this script my phone can boots up, and I reflash my phone again in rd-mode, and can boot up in rd-mode, but when I disable rd-mode, my phone is stuck on nokia logo again.

for information, I use this file script when I flash my phone: flasher -f -F rootfs.bin --erase-user-data=secure -F emmc.bin --erase-mmc=secure
I use this file:
1.670D5405_DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3.468.1_PR_LEGACY_468_ARM_RM-696_PRD_signed.bin (999mb) I rename this file with rootfs
2. D8CD54C4_DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.13-7.EURASIA_EMMC_EURASIA.bin (2,78gb) I rename this file with emmc


any solution with my n9 problem? sorry for my bad english.
