Same here, and I'm also having dropouts when connecting to USB-IP...
Current 'workaround' for me is to disable wlan security and use mac filtering for my access point. (using a TL-WR1043ND with DD-WRT).
I also noticed less dropouts when having my Jolla right next to my router....
