Can you (and a few others) post a compressed dd dump of just that partition (with checksums)? Also which partition (under /dev/disk/by-partlabel/) is it? Sorry for the paranoia, but I was foolish and didn't take a full image backup when I first got my Jolla. Executing random blobs from the internet etc.
