If plans haven't changed the port would be placed somewhere in the spacer frame, right? So why would that conflict with USB, assuming SlimPort is not physically too close to USB?
SlmPort is all about re-using microUSB port. SlimPort port is in fact nothing else than augmented microUSB port.
