See known issues at the bottom. This bug always causes problems for me with Youtube (playing vids, not just browsing) and downloading from GooglePlay and Amazon AppStore.

I haven't had any other type of downloading problem. I exclude here the installation problem of paid apps (those get downloaded but the actual installation process crashes).
