Usually, this would require a very little space and would allow to have onboard a dvb-t tuner and an sdr receiver.

I'd rather not see features included that can easily be achieved with a USB dongle. To get a good signal for DVB-T I've always had to connect my main roof aerial and IMHO a USB dongle would be the simplest way to achieve this. If there's space left on the board and no one can come up with a better use for it then by all means go for it.
