Thanks for the support everyone. I know it does seem like a silly thing to worry about . They would have to find me first and what exactly would they be able to sue for. I know they are just doing their best to intimidate me. I posted this thread largely because I wanted to give you all a heads up about what you may end up dealing with if you buy from these cheap battery sellers. They obviously don't like negative feedback no matter how legit it is and they play hard ball with you if you give it to them. You will end up with their negative feedback for you if you leave it for them even though you have fully fulfilled your end of the bargain.
So FWIW FYI Oh, and yes, I have notified Ebay.
