Nice one. Decrease the range of the yellow glow and up the transparency for the countries so that they are a tad more visible. Then you're good to go

Be careful about the countries though. Making them too apparent might make things too cluttered, but they should be visible enough to send a message that this icon is a browser icon. Maybe consider making the background more bluish...it could ruin the contrast to the eye but the background might be a little too dark right now.
